The large majority of the individual BFP members are affiliated with the BFP through one or more of the BFP member associations.
Most of the BFP member associations are organised per sector and Dutch or French language group, but there is also one (academic) member association with English as its official working language and one bilingual member association for psychologists from various sectors.

• AEMTC = Association pour l'Etude, la Modification et la Thérapie du Comportement
• AFPC = Association Francophone de Psychothérapie Centrée sur la personne et expérientielle
• APPSH = Association des Psychologues et des Psychopédagogues travaillant dans les institutions et Services pour personnes Handicapées de la communauté française
• APSIH = Association des Psychologues de la Santé et d'Institutions Hospitalières
