CCS Health Management in the Workplace
For our team in Brussels we are looking for a
clinical psychologist with interest in health psychology
Basic requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- post graduate education in cognitive behavioral and or systemic psychotherapy
- language skills: French, English, Dutch spoken and written
- able to work with computer (Microsoft Office)
- driver’s license
we offer a full time position as a member of a team managing health issues in the workplace.
Ideally the candidate has previous experience working in this field, is outgoing, self motivated, able to take initiative and be responsible, meeting client needs.
Key objectives:
- The candidate will work on quality assurance of a network of professionals, review clinical assessments, and provide guidance to colleagues.
- The candidate will conduct small presentations at client companies, make crisis interventions in the workplace and participate in ‘on call duty’.
- The candidate will advise and guide individual clients over the phone and via the internet.
- The activity will require flexibility in time, ability to work project driven, as part of a larger team.

The Belgian Federation of Psychologists is the umbrella organization that unites and organizes the different psychology organizations in Belgium. It aims at improving the professional and scientific status of psychology in Belgium, by protecting the status of psychologists as well as the rights of their clients.

- It set up an ethical code that psychologists should adhere, and that goes beyond legal obligations.
- It provides scientific and professional training programs for psychologists in cooperation with its associations.

- It represents Belgian psychology on the European and international forum, as a member of the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA).
